The night I *needed* room service for dinner b/c I had to work, the hotel HAD NO ROOM SERVICE--since there was a private party at the hotel & the staff were busy with that. This seems unacceptable for a sizable serious hotel to me. |

Overall experience was very good. Very good location.

|
Some variation in helpfulness of staff -- some excellent some so so.
The only real issue was parking. I was told my rental vehicle (Nissan Qashquai) would not fit in the garage and that I would have to use street parking. Luckily, I was able to park directly in front of the hotel entrance most of the time. However, one evening the only parking I could find was on Kirchstrasse and the hotel staff was uncertain whether there were any parking restrictions. Since it was only one street away, I would have expected the staff to be aware of any such restrictions. |

Overpriced for services they provide. Website mentions parking is available for free but that's just street parking around the hotel. If that's full, you have to pay and park somewhere else on the street or us hotel parking for 12 Euros. |

Very comfortable stay. Nice places around the hotel to hang out - roof top deck, mid-level deck, patio off lobby. Good food from kitchen.

Excellent food and service. I was overwhelmingly surprised by how good the breakfast and dinner food was. Service was always on hand without being intrusive.

|
Car park is tight and a little awkward to enter, since you have to leave car to open the garage door. |

Very good quality/price ratio for this new hotel located in walking distance of the old Heidelberg. |

Clean Clean Clean! Bed was comfortable. Friendly professional staff. Excellent location. Food was incredible. Can't say enough. You won't be disappointed.

Must own a car on the smaller size to enjoy the free parking. We had a ford escort wagon and it just fit! There was no literature in the room - at all. (No phone instructions/hotel information/area interests/etc.) Soundproof with windows shut. Noisy when windows open. (I like to open the window.) |
