smoke smell in the elevator. The matress is the hardest matress I have ever slept on. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel is a nice place to stay. I have stayed there many times in the past.
This is about catering (breakfast) only because I don't have any experience with breakfast at the hotel. A continental type breakfast set out for early morning risers/departees would be nice. Some business travelers depart for "work" early and don't have a chance to have breakfast.
