Positive good location for A1 access, cost, swimming pool and restaurant all a bonus for the price. rooms a good size with usual room facilities, tea/coffee trouser press, hair drier,tv, etc. Negative quite dated both outside and inside, could do with a make over, tired,stained carpets, wallpaper peeling, but if you dont look too close it is fine for the price, you get what you pay for and as long as you know that in advance it is fine.
