I stayed in the hotel for one night before my flight back from Venice. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful, the location was perfect (close to public bus to Venice), and the room was much better than a more expensive hotel that I stayed in before. I give you 5 stars for this pleasant stay!

Overnight stay for Venice visit. The room was OK . Free and relatively fast internet. The personnel spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful. Public bus stop (to Venice) in front of the hotel. Very close to highway and easy to find (very good location if you travel by car and plan to visit Venice).
The room was a bit noisy since the room was right above the street and due to thin wall and windows.
Parking is 10 euro per night extra.

Sehr geehrte Herrn,
leider sind wir sehr enttauscht worden und jetzt noch überrascht, dass Sie uns für die Bewertung bitten.
Erstens war unsere Buchung im Hotel nicht akzzeptiert und dann nach viele überredungen (45 minuten) wollten die uns eine 2 Bettzimmer mit Gästebett(Liegestuhl) zudringen, obwohl wir 3 Bettzimmer reserviert haben.Es war mit Hotelmanagerin keine Lösung zu finden und so sind wir sehr enttauscht abends um 20.Uhr nach Hause gefahren.
Wir werden nie mehr Ihre Internetleistngen nutzen.
