The shower and bathrooms were clean
 
The hotel rooms were very basic and very small, and the hotel reception staff were not helpful. No access directly to the elevator from reception to my room so I had to carry my suitcase up and downstairs (which is not so easy when wearing high heels).

I booked and recieved a confirmation/reservation number, days in advance only to arrive on the night and be told that there was no room reserved for me, thay had over booked, and had inturn booked me a room across the other side of town, but neglected to call or email me, to tell me that my reservation had been changed. I had a function on to goto literally down the road, in twenty minuets, therefore didn't have time to A. take my car to where I was actually staying, and B. take any of my luggage to where my room had actually been booked. So I ended up catching Taxis from my function to my new accomidation, insead of walking two blocks, and then had to taxi back to my car in the morning. Never before have I had a reservation changed on me before without at least notifying me! Very unhappy! Staff must be completely incompetent
