Very nice hotel.
Highly reccommended.

|
Breakfast menu has some what limited variety. Also the menu items were not made up on time during breakfast (long waiting time to get the food topped up at the buffet) although there wasnt any heavy rush. |

Great location, just next door to EY office. Very convinient if need to work in the office.

|
High class hotel with a very poor breakfast. Have had much better food in other, lower star, hotels |

Nice hotel and very close to the office. Convenient.
Internet service is good.

|
Quite expensive and the bathrooms are getting old with cracks in the showers etc. Also the shower does not drain very well and thus floods out onto the bathrom floor(been in a few different rooms with the same problem). Shower dor are also not very good and sometime come off the runners causing difficulties.
Room is sometimes smelling like a smooking room too. |

As it is located in the Business District where traffic is only in the day time I was recommended by several people not to return in the evening alone by taking the Metro. Instead, I should have taken the taxi. This gives a feeling of unsecurity in the night.
Taxis ordered by the hotel are more expensive than normal taxis. |

Good value for money.

windows do not open, but aircon works ok.
We stayed during New Year holidays and the breakfast service was taking ages. I have stayed in this hotel many times and have not observed this before. |

Large rooms - hard to find in Paris at this price

|
The location is remoute from all tourist destinations, although it takes only 15min by train to get these, so it is not a big deal. Please note that it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a taxi in Paris at night, and the subway is open untill 1 a.m. If you stay in the center after 1 a.m.,you'd better ask a consierge for a phone number(s) to call for a taxi |

very helpful staff, always at hand to deliver great service.

|
the 'quick checkout' option was poor. it didn't offer the option to review/check minibar expenses, for example.
in my case, i had been charged for several drinks that i had not purchased (apparently because i had placed my own beverage inside the fridge!) |

Finally a room in Paris that is not noisy and has a real bed. Very comfortable.
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the bar. The metro station is round the corner,
near all shopping centers from la défense. In 20 minutes you are in the city center.

|
The prices for drinks and food are abusive. 27 € for a breakfast and 10 € for a glas of wine is far too much, even for Paris. Restaurant is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the bar serves food,
very good, but price out of range. |

The Hotel offers better accommodation than the La Defense Hilton (opposite)and is worth to stay at if you get a good deal. Normal room prices are excessive. Breakfast is ok but far to expensive (27 Euros) for what you get. |

| Availablilty for the non-smoking room (for each rate/class) needs to be provided on your description. At this hotel, non-smoking room was not available unless for extra charge. |
