Gute zentrale Lage, exzellentes Frühstück, sehr saubere Zimmer, professionelles und freundliches Personal. Das Check-out konnte ohne probleme um eine Stunde verlängert worden.

| Very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was a little small but adequate. The shower was a great feature. |

| 1. De man aan de receptie zei dat we onze fietsen maar buiten moesten stallen. Een vriendelijke dame aan de receptie heeft ons onze fietsen desgevraagd in de speciale ruimte in het basement laten stallen.
2. Men stelde bij de receptie zonder meer dat het hotel bepaalde of wij onze kamer p[ de dag van vertrek tot 15.00 uur aan konden houden. Dit terwijl bij boeking expliciet is aangegeven dat de kamer eerst om 15.00 uur verlaten diende te worden. |

Room nice and clean. The city center is 10 minutes walk. Adjacent to the hotel malls. Reception 24 hours. Excellent breakfast. A huge variety of dishes and very tasty. Russian channel no. Free internet 60 minutes per person. There are slippers, bathrobes, complimentary in room safe.

| Small room, not very conveniently located toilet and shower. Not comfortable! Although the photo of hotel looks wonderful. For this price you can choose the most comfortable room in another hotel. Parking in the underground parking 12 euro / day, 3 min walk. Municipal parking in front of the hotel is EUR 6. |

The rooms on the upper floors are very nice, the view on lower floors is possibly disappointing compared to the description

| i found our stay in your hotel to be very pleasant, i was surprised by the quality of the hotel, i found it to be modernized and the deco added to the experience as we found that we could relax, which is true of your saying check in chill out. i would definatley come again to this hotel |
