Nice and easy design, very friendly staff, good location. Free and unlimited Haribo bears on the reception desk :)

The only negative point I found is no closet in the room. if you stay in the hotel for a long time it could be a problem. |

The hotel provides a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always willing to help and are very enthousiastic. Though not in the city center, the center can be reached within 10 min. Excellent prize/quality ratio.

It is very hard to find negatives, especially considering the room rates. The only point of improvement would be the ventilation of the bath room, which could be better. |

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are very friendly, competent, and helpful. The service is good.

I arrived at noon and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 15.00, they could have emailed me about that when I made the reservation and checked off that I wanted to check in early. WORSE they wouldn't let me leave my bags with them - what kind of hotel doesn't have a baggage room? I was informed I would have to take my bags back to the train station and store them there. |
