This guesthouse is located in Dresden's Old Town, just a few metres from Zwinger Palace, the Semperoper opera house, the Frauenkirche church and the congress centre.The reception is located at Maxstraße No 3, approximately 50 metres from the main building at Ostra-Allee No. 27. Reception is open between 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between 09:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the guest house's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the guest house prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Our comfortable apartment-style guest rooms have an average size of 45m² and include a kitchenette and cable TV. The parquet-laminated flooring guarantees cleanliness and is also beneficial to allergy sufferers. Business guests in particular will appreciate our cost-free broadband internet access/WLAN. We clean your room, every 2nd day. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children under 2 years are charged per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged per night and per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.Parking is possible on site and for a 5,- € per day.We serve our breakfast buffet each day in the neighbouring restaurant "Maximus" from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m. and Saturday, Sunday as well as on holidays from 8:30a.m to 11:30 a.m. (Children: to age of 6 are free of charge; between 7 and 12 years old 4.50 €) You can book it easily on the spot.
