I could easily change the room (first one was to hot). Good location (also nearby Metro).

The rooms under the roof are extremly hot in summer and no AC.

Location was the only positive - about 200 m from a metro station, close enough to many interesting sites...

Small rooms, old equipment, bad service (empty bottles of water and missing light bulb by the bed on arrival stayed like this for 3 days and one of the days we didn't get towels), very poor breakfast that we only tried once and then just had breakfast outside, stripped wi-fi, supporting only http protocol and no mail, vnc, skype or whatever else, noises from conversations coming through the window all night long (and no air conditioning, so you have no option of closing the window)...

I liked it, the staff are very caring and attentive.

It was a little cold with only a bathroom heater and noise from other rooms was very evident.

Very nice and interesting neighborhood, especially Rue de Levis.

Perfectly located, with a true parisian life around (but it's definitely a safe district!), in a walking distance to the beautiful Parc Monceau. Many bistros, brasseries and restaurants in a vicinity. Generous and various breakfast buffet.
