The "Park Lane Mews" is an intimate, friendly townhouse hotel built in 1618, with a personal level of service. The comfortable hotel rooms include a bathroom, hair dryer, data port, trousers press, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and individually controlled air condition. "When I arrived, I found my room hadn't been clean. there was a dirty towel on the bed and a used flannel in the bathroom and bits on the carpet. "

"Very tired and aged hotel. Breakfast not nice, and only had toast but was charged full price. Luggage was torn and ripped by a chain around my handle. People at 4.30am opening and slamming doors on the 5th floor. Could hear everything going on from outside as windows not dound proofed. Will not stay here again, not impressed."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - and that's saying something. The female receptionist was rude and patronising. The air conditioning was broken and I was given instead a temporary unit that required the window to be open for the outfall (which meant the effectiveness was reduced), and that unit also broke. The shower was cold so I then requested room change. It took 3 calls to reception but as nobody called back as promised I had to march back down to reception with all my belongings and sit there until attended to and a new room provided. I will never go near this place again and will warn all others I know to steer clear."

"Overall clean and good impression"
"Did the first room changed because not close the window AC unit was (a bit too cold in late October ...). Reception was not amused. Second room was fine, but the heater did not work and through the window's has pulled ... Total's ok, but I think next time I will choose another hotel."

"Hmm that was the only positive thing about this hotel is the entertainment value they had when watching the upset customers in interaction with the management."
"In all the years in which I travel and stay in hotels I have for the first time really say that I've never experienced such an unfortunate constellation of incompetence and arrogance. Service = 0, The Hotel Condition - Well, okay, although my room had to be heated over a small fan heater the volume level excessively rather reminded me of a landing Boeing 747, the rooms were clean. No minibar, so therefore, one is particularly remarkable a deposit of just 50 euro requires 8 or credit card for the special features, which do not exist. The normal check-in is still celebrated here extensively, 30 min is the absolute record for the check-in. And I was the only one who checked straight. The pretty young lady at the reception seems to be more interested in fashion magazines instead receive wake-up calls and taxi reservations for the next morning and recorded. Which, of course zwangslaüfig leads that you missed his plane. The other staff give a valiant effort, I must say. The reception and the management obviously lives in a different world and in urgent need of tutoring, where I can change a lot when receiving rather think not here. Sorry, but such a disaster hotel has never come across to me. This hotel has real potential. Too bad about the money."
