Proximity to Frankfurt airport is very good

I have never paid for internet access at a Radisson group hotel before and i have also never had to pay for breakfast at a Park Inn before- never mind the exhorbitant cost of EUR18..

Everything from the booking process until the check out ran smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle worked well for us. I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues and friends.

No options for eating out close by, nothing for kids. As we were just spending one night there, no issues, but a longer stay would have been difficult with a toddler.

I tried to book a shuttle for the next morning. Both 07.30 and 08.00 was full. I asked for alternative transportation and the desk clerk said that it would be at 07.00 or 08.30. This is not what you expect from an airport hotel!!

Clean room, great and efficient design, very efficient transportation to and from the airport. Staff were friendly and eager to answer any queries, and the drivers to and from the airport were fantastic personalities.

The rooms are quite sparse, and the bathrooms were low on facial tissues. There is no shampoo/conditioner here - only a soap/shampoo mix for guests to use. Amenities are strictly no-frills, with only soap, hairdryers and a showercap for your use. Also, aside from quick and easy transportation to the airport there is virtually nothing in the surrounding area.

kein transfer-bus vom airport zum hotel am späten abend (nach 22.00h) - taxi fahrer am airport weigern sich da die Fahrt zu kurz ist - wurden von einem anderem Hotel Shuttle Bus für 10Euro mit genommen.

I wasn't aware of a fitness room but my room was very quiet, clean and well presented.

The price was quite high considering no breakfast or internet pc was included. I am used to these all included and a lower price.

For an overnight stay at the Frankfurt airport, it is certainly not as nice as the Sheraton but at well under half the price, quite reasonable!

Food selection at the on-site restaurant is limited and atmosphere rather like a cafeteria. But quality was very good for the price.

Very clean (new) modern design. Pricing great.

Very haard to find from airport by car or other roads. Its a new area and the taxi drivers don't knowwherethe hotel is located. Need better map. Also pick up point not in regular van pick up point. (takes time I guess to get permission)
