Follow signpost for M4/Cardiff City Centre, Pass Cwm Kiddy Pub on your right hand side and go straight over the roundabout onto Port Road. Take 1st Exit left at roundabout and go straight across the following 4 roundabouts. At the main roundabout, take the 4th exit signposted Cardiff City Centre. Continue along this road for approx 6 miles. Pass through Queens Gate Tunnels and bear left. At the roundabout go straight across, at traffic lights turn left, pass under Railway Bridge. Turn right at the traffic lights and the Park Inn Cardiff City Centre is on the left hand side.Starting point: BRISTOL INTL ARPTDirection: E
Leave Bristol Airport and take the 2nd Exit onto the Northside Road; at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A38 baring left onto the A38 (Potters Hill); continue forward. At roundabout take 1st exit onto Winterstoke Road(A3029) branch left merging into Hotwell road (A4) at Parkway roundabout take 2nd exit join M5 keep in left hand lane onto the M49 signposted South Wales Cardiff. Join M4 signposted Cardiff. Leave the M4 at juntion 33 and take the 1st exit left on the roundabout and continue on the A4232 for approx 8 miles. Pass through Queens Gate Tunnels and bear to the left, then straight across the next roundabout. At traffic lights turn left pass under Railway Bridge and at traffic lights turn right. All your staff are always pleasant and helpful. However, the highlight for me this visit was Sarah who is front of house in your breakfast restaurant. She remembered that I like a poached egg, from the last time I was there, about 2 months ago! It made my day. I work for a major car manufacturer helping dealers improve customer service, I have been using Sarah's good example to demonstrate how to treat customers. Well done, she needs to be commended.

Excellent location in city center. nice clean and friendly.
Poor sound proofing, lots of noise from the road outside and we were on the 5th floor, also could hear the next rooms music being played through an ajoining door.
