very unfriendly service staff.
I ordered a tea in the lobby. No in time service, very delayed service...no smiling face...Message what I read from the service staff face was "hey turn back your room and sleep. here you are making me busy and i do not want to serve you. but I need to keep my job"...

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. We upgraded to Executive room so benefited from Executive breakfast which was truly excellent. Upgrade plus Internet room price is a good option!
Some of the reception/bar staff need to learn to smile and be friendly with the customers. (Not all). I am used to business hotels but the bar prices are really very high.
