Positive The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location just steps away from Vondelpark, Leidseplein and Museumplein. The garden at this hotel is a quiet repose in one of the busiest cities on the continent. Check out is 11:00 but the Negative The top floor rooms are more garret style and tend to be more hostel like. I would recommend requesting a room on the first 3 floors.
