Excellent location in downtown Istanbul. Galata Bridge, Topkapi palace, Sultanahmet and the tram stop (really important to get from and to the airport) are within walking distance.
The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful.
Our room overlooked a courtyard with some air conditioning device which made noise during the night. It wasn't that bad. Besides, the rooms viewing the street would have been even noisier.
