Please note that there is a self check-in option at Old Town Apartments Grodzka. Please contact our reception staff at least 1 day before arrival to get all the necessary directions and instructions for the self check-in. Otherwise, we will invite you to visit our office and do the standard check-in there.

Please note that the address of the reception is dfferent then the property's address. The address of our reception is 4 Wiślna St. apt. 6, 31-007 Cracow.
Reception hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00-20:00, Sat: 9:00-17:00, Sundays and holidays closed. If you arrive after reception hours please call us first at least 40 minutes before the check-in.

A late arrival fee will apply to those checking in the office after 10 pm.

At check-in you will be asked to provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit to secure the apartment during your stay.

The city tourist tax for stays over one night will be applied at check-in.
