The building of the new Old City Boutique Hotel has been finished in October 2009. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old city. The architectural decision of the hotel amazes by unusual combination of a modernist style and fragments of an ancient bricklaying of walls. It is the first hotel in Riga, which unites in design absolutely diverse two styles in the one harmoniously whole decision.

The hotel offers to the guests 13 rooms executed in classical style, where each guest can feel rest, warmth and a home cosiness. And also the hotel offers 54 rooms in the modern design creating atmosphere of freedom and comfort.

In the Old City Boutique Hotel are 67 rooms which are situated on 7 floors, each of which is equipped by the lift. The hotel offers 34 Standard rooms, 20 improved rooms, 9 Suite rooms. Each room has a bathroom, phone, TV, cable internet (A sector), WiFi internet (B sector), minibar and safe. Also each room is equipped by the system of the central air-conditioning and adjustable heating and floor heating.
