Internet access very poor and expensive, nearly unusable - 1 euro for 15minutes is too expensive and only available in reception. Also taxi driver could not find hotel ion the evening

Beautiful room in close proximity of the airport.

Staff leave you on hold. Called them to ask where I would pick up shuttle was told to take a taxi as I had missed the 2130. Said I would wait for the 2230. It never came. Called and asked her to describe the shuttle she said it was red and blue. Checked every one then called again to say it still hadn't arrived. Was told to get a taxi as she was not sending another shuttle, said I must have missed it when I hadn't moved in an hour. Asked if I would be compensated for the 25 Euro fare and told no. All of thede calls cost me 21 euros. She was actually calling me a liar when 2 men approached me when they heard me on my mobile as they were going to the same hotel. I shared a taxi with thede men but was told that I would not get compensation. I arrived in Madrid shortly after 2100 but did not get my room keys till after 0100 the following mornong. I caught an early flight to the Middle East and was exhausted due to lack of sleep. I also caught a cold standing about for so long.

Good size room. Value for money.

The pools were not open or clean I thought the wifi internet was included in room cost but it cost extra. Rooms in need of some repair. Not as close to metro as described.
