Recommendation
The last booking was made more than 3 days ago from Germany.
Air conditioning did not work and the room was very noisy from street noise even wit hthe window shut.
Although WIFI was included in the rate, check-in staff were initially unwilling to give me access and when they did - it didn't work.

close to city center (7min walk); windows can be opened but a bit noisy than; large rooms
"neighborhood" felt a bit strange, not the best part of Dublin; breakfast is 16Euro extra - from my point of view it is not worth the money; no reading lights next to the bed

The onsite pub was very nice. It was nice to have a pint each night after having dinner in the city.
The exercise room is not soundproofed very well. It is very loud when someone is running on the treadmill. Need more options for breakfast instead of just the full irish breakfast. For example I was looking for just cereal and some juice. It is not worth 16 EUR for just cereal and juice. For a full irish breakfast the value also just ok. Foley's bar/restaurant is offering the breakfast for much less and it is freshly made instead of sitting in a warming pan.
