Great Location...

We entered on our reservation details that we need a baby bed. We arrived at 13.00, the reception worker told us , they will bring the baby bed soon. We left the room. We came back at 20.00. Still no baby bed !!! No breakfast in the price. Beds are stationary. They are very noisy. Room carpet is pretty old. Room is VERY narrow. There is so little space for moving. Bathroom water temperature regulater doesnt work properly. Once very cold once burning water. Toilette is in one room and the shower and the sink in another !!!! 4 STARS ??? Are you sure ??

other reviews indicated that the staff were incompetent and rude, this we found to be completely false, the staff were excellent and very helpful. location is great, near the Louvre, Notre Damn, river cruises etc, only 10 minute walk. very close to Metro which is on the direct line from the CDG airport. plenty of place nearby for alternative breakfast at a more realistic price. very helpful tourist info in the hotel. free internet. the surrounding area is clean.

no air conditioning hot water was a raffle, sometimes you win sometimes you dont. the lifts were a joke, there were 3 lifts with only 1 that worked sometimes. breakfast overpriced with limited choice. best to eat at outside cafes. the hotel is located in a fairly rough area, there is a large and highly visible contingency of police at night.
