I reserved a non-smoking room and got a smoking room, which got a strong smell.

Very good hotel for the low rate we got. For 300 Euro per room it is nothing special, but for 89 Euro including breakfast for 2 persons it is great, especially in times of Oktoberfest.

There is no indication in the description, that the hotel is directly on top of the metro station "Messestadt-West", so we went to "Messestadt-Ost" and had to walk long way with all the language.

No Fitness, only far away a cooperation with a health club for expensive rates (17 € / day)

clean and comfortable

arriving the parking area was bad, so I had to pay twice punishment because I didn't find hotel garage and left it at the public parking area.

Lovely new hotel, modern, clean, functional and a pleasure to stay in. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money if best rate is selected.
