The Novotel Geneva is - besides existing technical and quality problems (the drains in the bathroom did not work properly; the room smelled; the fruits at the breakfast buffet were old) - much too expensiv compared to other hotels with higher standards and better located (lake)

Overall a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Pricing seems to be high, but probably in line with Geneva's average. Nice restaurant (5 Portes close by).

The hotel seems to be basically in the more reddish light district of Geneva.

Excellent location. Large, spacious and clean roon.

Not much options on the room service menu, average service overall. Hotel needs a more user friendly approach.

close to train station and 5minutes away from lake. lively area.

staff are just doing their job. the hotel room is functional but nothing special. there are better hotels in Geneva in terms of price/value ratio (I am spending 2nights per week for 6monhts).
