I came back to the hotel from Paris by train at 23h00 and the door on the station side was closed which meant I had to cross the parking in order to get to the airport side door... not very impressed by that!

Great hotel. Big rooms, clean and comfortable.
Very nice and professional staff.
It was too warm in the room, even when I stoped the airconditioning.
The blanket was too thick.
There were brown spots (coffee?)on the bottom of the toilet door.
The vegiterian offer of the dinner was insufficiet.

In all the Novotels I have been there was a bathtub in the bathroom... The rooms in this hotels seem only to have showers. I was staying in the hotel for business trip and would have liked to have a nice relaxing bath at the end of the day.

Good food compare to nearest other hotels as Hilton and Ibis
How can you speak of frienliness is people at check-in do it wrong and with check-out they charge the breakfast seperately instead of included in hotel confirmation. Poor performance

Do not know if there are any sports/wellness facilities available as did not enquire - did not have time to do so. Also cannot comment on insider tips for surrounding area as I am a foreigner and do not know the area well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Convenient location. Soundproof of room was OK no noises from CDG airport could be heard. Staff was fine and efficient.
The room was way to warm and temperature could not be controlled (a/c was disabled). The bed was too hard. No automatic check-out.

This hotel is very convenience for the airline staff and has a very good breafast. It's far from the Centre Ville, but you have the metro station just in front of the hotel.
Probably is cultural, but the front desk should have personel with more friendly smiles. That will really help people who does not know a little bit of french. Also, you should have at list a sauna or a small gym, it will make the hotel a better place to stay.

The accessibility and the ambience of the hotel is very good. the stay is comfortable and convenient. All the restaurants are good with very good variety in breakfast
Service can be better. Air France staff coming from long haul flights reach early in the morning and inspite of the availability of the rooms, consideration is not made to give early check in. It is very difficult as after a long flight it is not easy to wait at the reception.

Very convenient for work or business at Roissy or CDG, also excellent for a day stay if on a long layover. With CDGVAL (train into terminal) & RER at the front door, it's very easy to get into Paris and the airport. Quiet rooms. Nice loby. Good restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere.
