Very Clean, spacious rooms.

Unable to open windows (to cool the room) Dinner quality = medium to poor. Distance from hotel to airport required use of rental car (based on description, we thought it was much closer).

Superb in most or all aspects. Great stay. Would have loved to stay longer.

Check-in could have happened faster. More vegetarian fare in the restaurant would have made sense. An iron & ironing board in the room would have helped.

Close to the airport.

No shuttle to airport provided. Can go by S Bahn, but have to walk through a park / field on an partly unpaved road (not recommended for ladies with high heels) or wait half an hour for the official transport bus. I had booked a single room, and it was really very small, no nice view, small bathroom. Expensive breakfast.

Just a couple of minutes taxi drive from the airport so good location if you have an early or late flight. The hotel is a modern business hotel so you would expect cool (read cold) athmosphere. But this hotel had a tranquille and relaxed feeling. Everything was OK and our stay was very easy-going. Quality good, rooms very quiet despite the close busy road and the airport.

Fantastic hotel! Workers at the desk and bar/lounge were very pleasant. Excellent quality. I will try to stay there any time I'm in Munich.

Waiters in restaurant for dinner and breakfast seemed a bit annoyed to serve me. Not very inviting or welcoming. But the meals were EXCELLENT. Your hotel is beautiful inside but looks like a business building on the outside. Not much you can do but for marketing purposes 0maybe focus more on your interiors.

close to airport, yet VERY quiet, even if your windows face the landing lane. nice spacy rooms, good equipment, comfortable beds with a lot of big and small pillows. Flexible breakfast system ("early bird" from 4am, "normal" from 6:30, also possible to order in the room). free bus transfer to airport if needed

minor issues only: car parking for extra fee and very expensive (16eur/night) for wired/wifi internet need to pay extra, also expensive corridor air not well ventilated toilet separated from bathroom
