Had to pay for WiFi.
Wireless speed during the evening was very poor.
Unless we contacted the reception, we had to wait for 45 minutes for the hotel's shutlebus. Finally we took a taxi after the second phone call told us we had to wait an another 10-20 minutes.

Not the Novotel standard i know from Germany in terms of room quality, friendliness of the staff and food quality. The room was too hot (although November), you could not open the window due to the traffic noise, during winter you can only switch the heater on or of. No fan or aircondition. The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were not clean (crushed insects on the wall, the toilet was disgusting).
