1. One good point is the availbility of Free WIFI at lobby and hotel rooms. However, the speed a bit to slow.
2. Room is clean, staff is very friendly
3. Room Price is OK for me.
4. Room design is good.
This is my 2nd stay after my 1st stay in year 2008/2009. There are 2 things that I see improvement needed:
1. The breakfast menu is disappointing, as I see there is no new menu being introduced, during my 2 weeks stay. I get bored with the breakfast. In my opinion, at least there should be change in breakfast menu in alternate days, for example, and has more varieties than the current one. So that the hotel guests will be more exciting to enjoy different varieties of breakfast everyday.
2. Gym facilities are not available for hotel guests to do some workouts.

Lifeguard always at the pool, staff on front desk very helpful but seem to respond better when someone speaks in Spanish, a man cut in in front of us one day in line and despite my objections the staff member continued serving him.
Directions from the metro station could have been a lot better as we were walking around for about 20 minutes trying to find it.
Pool is great but small and the amount of sunbeds ratio to guests is laughable! There's only about 10 of them.
The ceilings/floors don't appear to be very soundproofed as we could clearly hear people walking around and running up and down stairs during the night. Also cleaning staff tend to shout down the corridors at each other at any given time of the day which is highly irritating when you are trying to sleep.
