Check-Out dauert immer deutlich zu lang. Zum einen ist die Warteschlange relativ lang, zum anderen dauert die Bearbeitung pro Person viel zu lange.

Relativ unfreundliches Personal beim Check-Out. Außerdem sehr sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Check-Out. Klimaanlage immer Zimmer lässt sich nicht ausschalten und hat die ganze Nacht Geräusche gemacht. Fenster zu öffnen wäre auf Grund des Straßenlärms auch keine Option.

The room we stayed was on the 7th fl front side. Room was spacious, clean had a very good view. Very comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is very good, just in front of the main station. The shopping area and the places of interest are also within walking distance.

The Hotel Reception Lady gave us a very bad room in 1st fl back side at first. I denied to take that room as I have paid from my credit card nearly a month earlier. She told me that nothing better was available on that day. I kept on requesting her. She told me that a good room was available at higher cost,which I didn't take.Then At last after half an hour she wished to allote a good room to us on the 7th fl with very good view. My question is' how she could find this room within 25 minutes if this room was not available? I feel, she thought that an Indian family would not understand what quality is expected from a hotel like Novotel Freiburgh. Her dealing was bad.

very good central location, good value for money, good restaurant

at check-in I've asked if another room was available for an extension of my stay. This was negated. I've looked in the internet and plenty of rooms were free. In the evening I've asked again, another front desk staff ensured me that it is possible. It seems that room maids do that their jobs sometimes quite superficial. bins were not emptied etc.
