Reception staff in night shift is really unfriendly and impatient. Hotel is about 15-20 minutes away from subway. With luggage, it takes more than 20 minutes to reach the hotel.

Room: spacious and clean. Breakfast: various food. Dinner: a little bit expensive.

Location: far from U-bahn station (aprox.10 minutes)but easy access to the airport. the view from the room was cemetery... Parking: 11 euro/day is expensive. Staff: the young lady at the front desk gave us no sufficient service.(no adequate answer, no apology to us) She needs more trainings.

Although shows free transportation between hotel and airport but didnt indicate that hotel offer taxi coupon to guest as payment,makes some travel wast time at airport for wait limousine but.

Very good value for money. 24 hour check-in service available.

Had to wait for main entrance to be opened when getting in late. Had to pay EUR 11.00 for the car park for the first night (1am to 11am), although the description says "Parking for free".
