The loop of the shuttle is too long from terminal 1 please bring back the real cups in the room

Please bring back the tea bags instead of the pre made tea in the relaxing room in the health centre.. It´s terrible to drink. It´s almost water after a few times adding water, or very strong when just set.

To comply with the name wellness, they should have more than just sauna, steam room and a small swimming pool.

Better you aoid to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, the choice is very limited, prices are really high for what you get in your plate, and the quality was not there either the last two times I have eaten there. No easy connection with city center.

The roomdoors are closing quit loudly. No noise from airport, highway or from next door rooms The standard prices, also from minibar, Parking etc. too high.

we were very disappointed that they bar staff were particularly grumpy and didnt giveus any last drinks before she shut the bar at 1am when we were socialising with our suppliers

Shuttle hotel/airport/hotel sluguish

The one thing we found most frustrating was the lack of easily available wifi in our room. All the hotels we've stayed in in the last couple of years have offered wifi for free, no questions asked. The instructions in the room were inaccurate. There was no cable in the room. We were at the front desk asking about the wifi and received conflicting instructions which resulted in several conversations. Finally, a staff memberr came to our room and spent about 15 - 20 minutes on the phone with Orange to get us a useable password, etc. This situation will probably result in us not choosing Novatel in the future.

No smoking room but balcony had many cigarette butts left in a heap
