Very friendly staff. Bell boy very helpful with the bags. Bus to and from Airport was on schedule and the driver was very plesant and very helpful with the bags and also extended a helping hand to my wife who has some difficulty in walking.

Check out counter was not manned at my time of leaving so I had to Que and waited until the check in receptionist came over to check out counter to deal with me. But the wait was OK as the staff was so plesant and so polite. nice job a pat on the back for everyone who worked there. This is my 4th stay at this hotel

Very impressive. Impeccable room. The Mediterranean/Italian restaurant on the ground floor was expensive but worth every penny. The wait staff was prompt and friendly.

Handy to Airport and shuttle an advantage. Tung Chung MTR station is within the same block so easy to get into the city areas or eslewhere for that matter

We had a very pleasant stay in the Citygate. The room was suitable, with a lovely view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only criticisms we would make about the room are: 1. We didn't like the washbasin being in full view of the rest of the room. Although it was a double room, it seemed to be fitted out for one person only - i.e. only one chair.
