Close to Autobahn ( 200m ) but rooms quiet with windows shut. ( climate control in operation I think ). Within walking distance of the S-Bahn rail station and excellent town bus services including free shuttle bus to the Fair / Messe Hall when we stayed.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
 
The room was not cleaned well before our check-in. There were nasty stains on the bedding and hair in the shower area. The TV only had a few channels and internet was not free. What hotel still charges for wireless??? This is unacceptable today.

Regarding the rooms and location it is very similar to the Hotel Berlin, where the rooms are twice (!) as expensive. The hotel berlin has a swimming pool and a slightly better breakfast though.
 
One night I was sleeping in a room towards the highway (Autobahn). This was very loud. The other night I slept towards the street that leads to the hotel. This was much more quiet.
