ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFULL
IT DID NOT GIVE ME VALUE FOR MONEY AND I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHERE I SHOULD BE AS THERE WERE NOT MANY SIGNS INDICATING WHAT WAS GOING ON.MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON THE WEDNESDAY AND WE BOOKED OUT ON THE THURSDAY
