Modern hotel located outside of Munich's city center. A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel.

This is a very big and busy hotel. It's not close to a U or S-Bahn station, so one must take the bus to a station. |

i booked the hotel two month ahead, but the day of check in, the staff at the reception told me "there's been technical problem, so i have no room".!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is just not acceptable!!!!!!!! however, they gave me a room in the city, which i had to drive 8km. terrible terrible communication. |

Although in Munich for business, I enjoyed my stay at this specific NH Hotel very much. Excellent service and most friendly staff.

Water and snacks outside minibar should be free. They are too expensive. That leads guests to buy water and other meals outside and bring them inside the room. |

Very good price offer for a standard business hotel.

Price for parking for one night of 13 Euros is very expensive; noise in our room coming from the highway behind the hotel was too high; hotel staff was almost unfriendly, but still professional |

We have stayed at NH hotels and have always been very pleased. We had 2 rooms in this hotel. In room 349, the hotel had lived up to it's usual high standards. See below.....

In this particular hotel...Room 350 (and I also imagine that 348, 352 would be included as well) is located above the kitchen and the soundproofing was very poor. (We had 2 rooms 349 and 350) They were doing dishes until 01:00 and then began morning prep at around 05:30 which did not allow for a restful sleep which, in fact, is the main reason to visit a hotel. Restful sleep. Please consider solving this issue as we will continue to use NH Hotels. |
