1.The hotel bus is never on tme at piazza cavour to pick us up back to hotel upon complaining the hotel staff said i was wrong despite showing a photo of the clock at the location at the exact time the bus was supposed to come. This happened for us on 2 days.
2.The rooms facing the highway are noisy and you can clearly hear noises from the neighbouring rooms.
3. The bathroom door would never lock properly no action was taken despite pointing to it.
4. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
