Good location, excellent breakfast!

Windows of my room were very poorly soundproof, so noise from street and nearby railway line were quite disturbing. Free wireless internet in lobby rather slow, internet in room rather costly. |

The first night was my loudest hotel nicht ever. The room was directly next to the main train line of Berlin, whithout the windows needed for this location. |

In town and only a few steps to shopping streets and underground station
Polite & helpfull staff.
Nice and clean rooms

Mattress was too soft.
A little noise from a nearby railroad in the evening and in the morning - for soft sleepers a problem, everybody else will not notice it. |

VERY annoying that our access cards suddenly didn't work so that we could NOT get into our rooms on the night of new year! And very annoying that the hotel staff in the morning didn't recognize it as a problem. You don't pay 179 € a night to have to run around for the staff to get into your room in the middle of the night - and again in the morning where one of us had forgotten something in the room and couldn't get in again. I had expected an offer of free breakfast as compensation. |

Very clean and big rooms in modern standard. The area is very good many shops and small restaurants but it is still quite in front of hotel.

Parking is an extra 14E the day. Beds sliding apart. Breakfast costs 18E but there are many Cafes arround where you can have a nice breakfast as well. |

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great service. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and got an excellent choice. The rooms were very good and well equipped. The breakfast was very good.

Very convenient to public transportation, staff
very competent and friendly. It was a pleasure
to stay at the hotel.
