The NH Berlin City West enjoys a convenient location and has a modern and comfortable interior. It meets every requirement of our international guests – whether for successful businesses, for enjoying the special flair of the federal capital or just for visiting your friends or family.
The hotel presents 136 comfortably equipped rooms and apartments. The floors are reachable with one of our 3 elevators. Our modern and functional rooms are provided with bathtub or shower, toilet, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, cable TV, radio, internet access, mini bar, safe and carpet. The air condition and heating are centrally controlled.
A copious breakfast buffet awaits our guests in the morning and you may also enjoy a delicious drink at our cosy bar during the day.
Our conference rooms are on the 1st floor and have ground-level access via the back side of the hotel. The rooms provide daylight and have state-of-the-art technical equipment. ISDN and WLAN internet access is also available.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The U-Bahn station is half a block away, making it very easy to get around. It's a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

| The internet was a bit expensive in my opinion. You have two choices: 60 non-consecutive minutes for too much money, or 24 consecutive hours for way too much money. |

the hotel location not far from a subway station and only a few subway stations away from the center of the city.

| the bathroom is incredibly small making it almost impossible for a normal person to take a shower without bumping into the walls.
I had to share the room with a big spider as an indesirable guest.
The building is so poorly made that it is impossible to sleep after 8:30 in the morning and before 24:00 at night (the walls are so thin that every person in the corridor seemed to walk by my bed).
The floor and the curtains were stained.
The towels were barely rags and very seldom renewed.
Last but not least, I have been charged 42 € for 7 local telephone calls, each of them lasted less than five minutes ! |

The hotel was clean and the bed & pillows very comfortable.

| The amenities of the hotel are limited. There is no restaurant and the staff are not welcoming at all. In overall, there are many good hotels in Berlin and I would not recommend this hotel even for short business trips. |
