We had a corner room which I understand are larger. Great down comforters on the beds. Breakfast was wonderful. The best we had on our entire trip.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is good and within easy walking distance of the city centre.

| There were very few good restaurants close to the hotel. The beer house by Schloss Belvedere was not very good. The food we received on our visit was cold. Staff were not very apologetic about this.
Also you cannot open the windows in the room, which meant that the temperature in the room was very high even when the air conditioning was turned off. |

The hotel is one that I already knew and use regularly for business, but was happy to find at a very reasonable price for 3 people during summer.

| Parking is a bit far from the hotel, but OK. Breakfast (like most hotels) is a bit expensive, but the quality and diversity of the food offered is quite good. The staff gave us the impression that it was "included" but we were a bit shocked to find out later it was added to the bill at €15 per person, which is a bit steep for a few pieces of bread that we actually had. |
