NH La Avanzada hotel is a brand new glazed structure boasting a modern design which blends perfectly with the adjoining buildings. It is located in the municipality of Leioa, on the bank of the river Inlet, in front of the Artaza Palace and is very close to the University of the Basque Country. In an excellent residential and commercial area, with offices, shops and entertainment. Moreover, it is just 15 minutes by car from the center of Bilbao and at a 15 minutes walking distance from the beach.
The hotel interior boasts brand new NH decor. Its 114 modern rooms are all exterior and have plenty of natural light. They are equipped with all amenities such as air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, mini-bar, safe, private bathroom with hair dryer, etc.
