Breakfast was very good. room not noisy & early check-in without a problems which was very much appreciated.
 
Though the booking was made for 2persons, only one set of towels, sponge & .... was kept.

the room was extremely cold (in fact the whole back tower) and several requests for an extra heater were simply ignored - the apologies and the bottle of wine from the manager did not help us to forget the room temperature staff simply forgot to add another blanket as requested and this was done only after another complain the request at the reception for the room to be refreshed in the evening while we went out for dinner was also ignored (we arrived at 5:30 AM after a 14-hour flight and so we had spent most of the day in the room sleeping)

I asked concierge shuttle bus to airport, but shuttel bus left before booked time. I could not catch shuttle bus.

Hotel mitten im Zentrum, geniale Lage. Wunderschöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal
 
Besser nicht mit Mietauto dahin kommen, da das Parkieren von Freitagabend- Sonntagmorgen EUR 100.- kostet (in Hotel eigner Garage!). Kalte Temparaturen im Hotelzimmer (Air-Conditioning geht immer wieder auf fixe Temparatur zurück)

Room quality did not match with a five star hotel!In the shower you either got boiled or frozen...

Superb location
 
Avoid parking at the hotel - it costs 47,5 Euro per night!!!
