"Air conditioning is too loud even the lowest level. With ongoing air conditioning can not sleep. If you turn off then the room is too warm. If you make the window it's too loud. In the description that fitness center is available. The fact is there are two ancient race and their bikes handle from Switzerland are koordiert. The pool on the roof terrace is really a small pool. The breakfast was OK but there was no service for any special wishes to express eg fried eggs or boiled eggs Wiech."

"The front desk staff was not customer oriented, extremely slow, and incapable. When my door card did not work (which of course I only realized at my door on the 10th floor, so then with all the luggage back down to the front desk had to), I was struck there: "Room-Number?", "Name?". Then they changed the card and gave it back to me without comment. No Sorry etc. Definitely not reasonable for a 4 star hotel. For the issuance of my invoice I gave you one hours time and a printout with the billing address. Unfortunately it did not work anyway. The room came with the cord of the hair dryer out the cover. The staff took care not drum. The staff at breakfast was overwhelmed: It sometimes took 20 min, were replenished until cheese or sausage.. The clearing of the dishes did not work. The wellness area is in malodor Condition: The seat of the bike is up space, the wheel was broken, a dumbbell is missing, there are no towels for the sauna. One of the three elevators was in very poor condition: bad noises in conjunction with a jammed door that opened only at the third attempt."

"In the room we were assigned on the second visit was very noisy, did not work switch the bathroom light, the TV remote and Wifi a week earlier had offered us free is billed separately.
