Consistently high quality rooms, very comfortable beds, everything is just what it should be
 
Rooms facing the railway line are very noisy - if I'd have been staying 1 more night, I would have had to request a room change.

Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't eat it, but restaurant food was very good. Didn't use any sports facilities either. Location is very good, and surprisingly, very quiet.

市中心,超级方便,想逛街的话住这里没错. 有可以抽烟的房间.可以选择安静房间, 虽然是车站附近,但是也很安静.

In the center of Berlin. Close to the S-Bahn (public transportation) station. I had a room towards the railway tracks but the noise in the room was okay due to the noise insulating windows.

very good geographical position in Berlin.
 
The rooms are really loud (noise from outside, Tram, Train). Aircondition was not working well. Got not every day shower gel ans shampoo.

Erst nach drei Anrufen und 3 Stunden bekam meine Frau ihr angefordertes Kopfkissen. Uebergeben wurde es von einem frechen jungen Schoesel mit den Worten: Sie sien hier nicht allein im Hotel.

- The hotel staff next to the front door for anwsering the questions about travel, tour, road are very nice and helpful. - Position of the hotel is very convenient.
 
- A few of the receptionists are impolite and impassive. - Too less English TV channels, only CNN
