Very close & convenient to Zurich Airport - the hotel runs a frequent 5 minute shuttle bus to the airport 3 - 4 times per hour. Price is very good for the standard of the hotel

The quality of the room & the hotel were of a very high standard. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Zurich Airport and there is a frequent shuttle bus service to the airport.

There was an initial error when I checked in: The room rate supplied when the internet booking was made was CHF150; when I checked in at the hotel in person, the room rate was quoted as being CHF348!! If I did not have a paper copy of the electronic booking with me, the hotel would have charged me CHF200 too much. The check-in staff were helful in sorting out this query and I paid the correct price of CHF150 in the end.

I waited over half an hour for the Hotel Bus at the Airport then had to contend with a pigheaded abusive Airline Crew who arrived about 15 minutes later and tried to take all the seats on the bus. The room was about as spartan as a cell in Attica. I know how Paris Hilton felt for three weeks. Fortunately I only had to endure 1 night in this hell hole.
