Exceptional in every respect... Modern, high-design hotel. Close and easy access to the Frankfurt Banhof by subway, one stop and walk two blocks. Front desk reception staff friendly, professional and helpful upon arrival and departure. Beautiful well-designed room with very comfortable bed. Restaurant food and service perfect, and early morning room service fast and staff courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very good offer and very friendly staff. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel and the price does not include this. The hotel is conveniantly located at the Fair and to the main train station it is only a 10 minute walk (the banks like ECB, Commerzbank, Dresdner, ... can be reached in a 20 minute stroll). In any case, the metro (and tram) are just around the corner.

good room. Excellent free-internet connection. Room exceptionally quite (but only in the backside). Good low season offer.

Breakfast too expensive and no other solution in the area. Poor indications to reach the hotel by car. Boiling water for coffee in the room missing.

Really nice hotel design, modern and clean. Rooms are very clean and really nice. 2 blocks from the subway makes it a really good choice bussiness or pleasure.

Probably I just would say that the breakfast is a little to expensive, but that would be the only thing.
