Decent value for the money - staff pleasant for the most part

I arrived at 10am in the morning and asked that I get an early room. I arrived on a Sunday (5/16) and was told rooms would not be available until 3pm. I arrived from the USA. Unfamiliar with the city I set out to find a restaurant and did not find one open until noon - I was told to go to the center city by the staff and there would be plenty of places to eat. I returned to the lobby after finally finding a restaurant and waited until 3pm when the room was ready. The desk clerk made no effort to get at least one room ready earlier. Also, that day there could not have been very many people staying at the hotel, albeit after a busy weekend. Another person arriving from Canada offered to pay extra to get an early room (and I would have paid as well) and was refused. I will not use the hotel again because of this experience.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht, ist in einem guten Zustand (modern, sauber) und der Preis paßt auch.

Man hoert den Verkehr bei Zimmern zu den Straßenseiten schon ein bisschen, obwohl das Hotel relativ gut isoliert ist

Spitzen Hotel, nur vpm Zimmer im ersten Stockwerk ist abzuraten, da das Fenster/?Balkontür? ebenerdig und komplett von aussen einsehbar ist solange die Vorhänge nicht zu sind.

Not really negative: but it's a budget hotel and that's what you get: not telephone in the room, no tissues, no soap (only some shampoo/shower gel combo that can also be used as soap).

This hotel is the first to not have a room phone for emeregencies,or wake up.the car access is nearly impossible for a stranger.the reception staff is incompetent.the rooms are tiny,no hand soap.we were put in several floors apart although booked at the same time,with no phones

The hotel is extremely convenient to the railway station. Staff is friendly. The room is small but clean and efficient. Excellent view of the city.

We missed the presence in the room of hot water and a supply of coffee and tea. A telephone would have been desirable, but we were able to borrow an alarm clock from staff.
