The Motel One Stuttgart enjoys good transport connections to the city and is 18.6 km from the trade fair centre and 4 km from the central station. It is also close to the Wilhelma Zoo, the Gottlieb-Daimler Stadium, the Schleyerhalle, the Porsche Arena and the Mercedes Benz Museum.

All our 170 cosy rooms come with double bed, plasma TV, adjustable air conditioning and bathroom with glass and granite finishes as well as a relaxing rain shower. We also offer underground garage and a car park. The Motel One Stuttgart is a non-smoking hotel.

The One Lounge is a lobby, breakfast café and bar in one. You will find everything you need here for a relaxed and pleasant stay. Plenty of space, comfortable chairs, fresh cappuccino and other coffee specialities any time you want them, as well as delicious snacks, selected wines, drinks and great music. The lounge features WLAN free of charge and a pleasant environment in which to meet friends.

The only good point i can see is this hotel is very near to my work location.
 
With such a price-rate, the customer would expect good quality which is not up to the mark. In similar or lesser price rates we can get hotel rooms with kitchen, intercom connection and better internet service.

Appealing, modern overall design. Smart/cost efficient architecture/design of the rooms in general = good looks and feel for the price. Modern bathroom and nice shower, "fireplace" activates automatically on LCD after entering the room. LCD TV has an integrated DVD player. Cocktails/bar pricing very reasonable (cocktails 4.50€ - beers ~3€) Fair car parking prices (6€ per 24h)
 
- Walls aren't on the thick side, party next to you can be heard easily if they aren't very silent - also the steel hanger bar for jackets (attached to the wall) transmits noise directly and undamped to the next room. - Shower does not have a shelf for shower gel etc. - Shower would require a short hinged glass door extension to avoid water spraying out to the floor - No trash can in main room, only in bathroom, same counts for the breakfast area - no bin at all As you can see, all minor things - in general it was a very pleasent stay in a modern hotel with a look & feel you would not expect from a 2-star hotel in that price range.
