Personal sehr freundlich und angenehm.
 
Ich hatte am ersten Morgen kein warmes Wasser unter der Dusche. Zimmer hatte kein Telefon und keinen Kleiderschrank, keine Minibar, keinen Safe für Wertsachen.

Hotel Staff were very courteous and helpful
 
My room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road so some noise could be heard from traffic outside. just a minor irritant.

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast (7.5 Euro) included 24 hrs internet access. Otherwise internet would be expensive!
 
A little expensive for what it was, and relatively poor service from staff.

good hotel.
 
In the telephone they explain all facilities very well but when the passengers arriev the reality has another face.like in the phone they said car P.is free but when we arrived we had to pay for car parking.

This hotel was not organised to provide late check out, as advertised by hotel.de. I had to complain to the manager before this was arranged. Even then, I cound not get into my room after midday. It took 20 minutes to get my room door open! No welcome drink as advertised! The hotel was still being finished by builders. I heard another guest complain about building noise at 7 am one morning.

Very efficient and friendly check in
 
not quite as near to city as decsribed, but still within easy access. Only 10-15mn walk to S bahn station and then only 15 mns to main station. Area is mainly residential with few facilities 9except McDonald's/Burgerking

Super tolles 2* Hotel. Freundlicher Service, gute sanitäre Einrichtungen. Super preis-leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen.

No telephone, no minibar, no ironing facilities, no laundry service. After having a shower, there was a swiming pool in the bathroom - the water from shower walls was falling in the bathroom. In breakfast for EUR 3,80 were only a choice of cappuchino/tea togeather with a roll/croissan.
