it was aturday.i had to go out early I went to the nreakfast room at 6.45 .The guy who was preparing breakfast had a terrible face and said that saturdays breakfast beginns at 7.I said I can wait and he came and ask my room number.After me three guests came and he did not ask their room number.I did not like this behaviour.

I had a treble room booked - ie, for three people - and there were only two towells! Also the double bed had only a single quilt so we spent most of the night trying to keep ourselves warm. When I brought this up the next morning the staff were not helpful or understanding and basically told me off for not saying anything at the time - regardless of the fact that we found this out at approx 11.30pm, were in our night clothes and I had two very tired young children who simply did not want to be disturbed again. Not impressed

Kind personnel

I don't know exact standards of two star hotels, but I expected fixed telephone and wardrobe in the room. Electiric light in the room doesn't permit to read book in the evening.
