Location, Price, Parking ( but 18-25 EUR/day)
 
I knew about the subway below the hotel before, but in addition it was very loud in general. Air conditioning was not working. International TV was not working properly. The hotel need a renovation and better maintenance service

There must be an underground train just under the building. The noise is quite disturbing.

Hotel is not in the center, but 50m from subway station is a good location.
 
In the hotel pamphlet (in a hotel room) it's still written just three stars hotel. Reality is something like 3+. Rooms are nice, but very small.

Subway station right in front of the hotel, nice rooms.

Although the hotel was great value, it was a relatively bad surprise to find out that the metro line is built right below the hotel and metros can be heard from the rooms despite good soundproofing.

good breakfast
 
we had to pay 18 (!) EUR / day to park our car in the hotel carpark and we had to surrender our car key to hotel staff so they could repark to fit more cars in the available space... further staff did come across as a bit haughty but this could be because of lack of English speaking ability.

We got a deal on this hotel. It is very nice and very close to the metro, but if you're paying top dollar, you might want something closer to the sites.
