Positive location is great, within a few minutes from the Duomo and other monuments, just a step away from Metro Negative needs refurbishing, everything is 30 years old except for the bedding (thank God) - most of the staff unfriendly and not very service-minded extremely expensive for what is offered

Positive Location in the city Negative Window did not close properly so there was a draft. Very much noise from the street.

Negative High noise from fan system. Water did not go down in the shower (combined footbath). Mold in shower. No so very helpful personal at the desk.

Positive The Hotel is very nice and adequate to the price. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The Breakfast is the usual Italian fare. Negative Breakfast was'nt that great. There was not much available.
